How do I get in touch with your customer service team?
For all inquiries, please email customerservice@LapozaNg.com or call us. You can also leave a message by filling our contact form on the home page, and entering your email address and query. We are closed on all public holidays.
We aim to respond to all emails as soon as possible(excluding holidays).
How often are products restocked?
Restock periods will vary depending on the brand, but typically we aim to restock every 1-2 weeks.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
All returned items must be reported immediately after collection by customer and received by us within 3 days from delivery day. All delivery costs incurred by us will be deducted.
Returned items must unused and in its original unbroken seal or box and must be accompanied by its original receipt. We do not accept returns and all sales are final for promotional, discounted, or sale items.
If a wrong item was sent due to our mistake, we will credit refund your shipping costs and we will not charge for shipping out the correct item.
We are not responsible for any items damaged during shipping transit and we will not accept damaged items for return. We package your items as secure as possible.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@LapozaNG.com. Our customer service team will ask you to verify your email address, in case it was entered incorrectly at the time of check out
I'm placing an order as a gift, how do I make sure no prices are shown in the order?
Not an issue, Just include a note to your order when checking out.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
As soon an order is submitted and paid, your order status will show as "Processing". We pride ourselves in having an efficient and fast turnaround time so that our customers receive their merchandise earliest as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is being processed and prepared for shipment. Because of this, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has passed the “processing” status.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept cash on delivery & Bank deposit/transfer as a payment method for our online orders.
Every order received from customers will be confirmed by phone before sending the final package to the delivery company to be transported. If a customer does not confirm their order within 2 days, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order.
Cash on Delivery - only within LAGOS.
Bank Deposit/Transfer - Once order is placed online, bank details will be sent by email to customer. If payment is not completed in 1 business day order will be cancelled unfortunately as we cannot reserve without payment.
